We are looking for a Junior–Intermediate Material Estimator & Coordinator to join our team.
This role bridges estimating, procurement, and on-site material management, supporting our construction projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Cost Estimation & Quantity Take-off
  • Perform quantity take-offs (QTO) based on drawings, specifications, and site conditions
  • Prepare material quantity estimates and assist in cost analysis
  • Review drawings and identify discrepancies, missing scope, or potential risks
  • Support tendering and bidding processes when required
2. Material Planning & Procurement Coordination
  • Develop material lists and procurement schedules aligned with construction timelines
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, pricing, and lead times
  • Assist in purchase order tracking and delivery follow-ups
3. Site Material Management
  • Monitor material deliveries and verify quantities upon arrival
  • Coordinate storage, handling, and distribution of materials on site
  • Work closely with site teams and subcontractors to ensure proper material usage
  • Track material consumption and report variances
4. Communication & Coordination
  • Liaise with project managers, site teams, suppliers, and designers
  • Support problem-solving related to material shortages, delays, or substitutions
